Falmouth, Cornwall Sept-Nov 2006This was a complete property renovation from start to finish. It was started in Sept 2006 and took me nine weeks to complete. Work that was done to the property included, painting inside and out, a new fitted kitchen, laminate flooring throughout the ground floor, front and rear gardens modernised etc. Please click on the image for a more detailed before and after view. |

Falmouth, CornwallA bathroom completed in Falmouth in 2005. Bath, sink and toilet were replaced plus a pump for the shower was fitted under the bath to give a decent flow rate on the gravity feed water system. All of the walls were tiled using 10"x 8" ceramic wall tiles. All of the fixtures were fitted as well - shower rail, glass shelf and towel. Please click on the image. |

Truro, Cornwall May 2006This job in Truro involved laying new floor tiles and fitting new work tops on two sides. The plumbing for the sink was renewed and the 40mm waste was changed from push fit that was leaking to glued. Please click on the image. |

Plymouth, Devon 2005This job in Plymouth in 2005 was one of the first work top and cabinet door changes that I worked on. A new stainless steel sink unit and s/s hob were installed plus a new oven. The work tops were replaced with 40mm black granite laminate and all of the cabinet doors were replaced with a maple effect with s/s door and draw handles. This job was completed in three days. Falmouth, Cornwall April 2005This was the second bathroom suite change that I have. All three units, bath, pedistal sink and toilet were changed. A shower pump was installed under the bath to give a nice pumped shower and all of the tiling was completed by myself with the client giving me the design that they wanted. I also installed all of the fixtures and fixing, shower and towel rails etc. Please click on the image. |

Falmouth, Cornwall, April 2006Floor tiling in the utility room of a local cornish hotel. This job involved completing the floor tiling, re-cutting the plinths under the units and fitting new skirting boards. Please click on the image.
