This is a list of the mainline services that I can offer, please enquire for any work that is not listed.
KITCHENS
New kitchens installed from start to finish including all plumbing and electrical work + any wall tiling that you may require - Work top joints cut to order. Have new replacement doors and new work tops fitted to totally transform your old kitchen.
BATHROOMS
New bathroom suites installed including power showers, toilets, sinks, vanity units and all tiling work. I can also fit your bathroom cabinets, shower curtain rails plus fixtures and fittings etc.
FLOORING
Laminate flooring fitted - Floor tiles laid, ceramic, vinyl or rubber. Rubber floor tiles in the bathroom work really well, they are warm under foot, easy to keep clean and look good. I have laid many various types including bamboo flooring.
TILING
I can offer all types of tiling work including wall & floor tiling, ceramic, quarry tiles. Is your tile grouting looking old or dirty - I can remove the grout and replace it with fresh + new silicone waterproofing.
PLASTERING & RENDERING SERVICE

Painting & decorating to exteriors/interiors - Touch-up painting - Fences painted.
CARPENTRY & SASH WINDOW RENOVATION & REPAIR
Sash Window Repairs & Renovation from fitting new sash cords to complete windows re-built from scratch. All other carpentry work considered.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Hanging pictures - Fitting shelving - Moving furniture - Window glass replaced - Greenhouse glass replaced - General woodwork - Hanging exterior/interior doors - Changing locks - Handmade shelving made to order.
FLAT PACK ASSEMBLY
I offer a complete flat pack assembly service - you buy the furniture - I'll come, assemble and install them for you. Wardrobes, beds, bedroom suites, shelving, corner units, children's bunk beds etc.
PLUMBING
Kitchen appliances plumbed in - Shower/bath problems - Leaking taps - Outside garden taps installed - New radiators fitted/moved - Toilet problems fixed. I can do core drilling for kitchen and bathroom extractor fans, waste pipes etc..
GARDENING
All of your gardening requirements including mowing, weeding,grass cutting, hedge trimming and pruning plus all the small gardening tasks that add up to being a chore. Cutting down/pruning of garden trees.
PONDS & WATERFALLS
For all of your landscape gardening needs. Though Tim is based in West Sussex he travels all over the country doing this work.
FENCING & DECKING
Transform your patio/garden with a new deck in a design of your choice. Fences built to order or repaired if damaged. Garden gates repaired or replaced.
PRESSURE WASHING
I can offer a complete pressure washing service - drives, patios, pathways, roofs, walls, boats in fact anything that you would like cleaned.
LIGHT WELDING WORK
Any light welding/cutting work up to 5mm in mild steel. A Plasma cutting service for stainless steel, aluminium, copper up to 5mm thickness - Garden gates repaired - fences - railings. Have your rusty gates repaired and sprayed in a colour of your choice. I also can offer a medium size fabrication service through a colleague who runs his own metalwork business. So if you require new gates, balustrades, railings, stairs, fire escapes etc, in fact most things in steel - give me a call.

Rubbish & Rubble cleared - Materials & furniture collected & delivered - Patios, driveways, guttering cleaned. In fact anything moved anywhere. No job too small. SEAGULL/PIGEON DETERRENTS
Seagulls, lovely birds that they are, are in fact a major nuisance in coastal towns and a problem that the local councils don't seem to want to deal with.
Seagull spikes can be installed on any part of your property including chimneys, gutters, ridge lines and valleys, in fact anywhere that you are having problems with noise or fouling. Seagull deterrents can also be fitted boats and other areas. They are fixed securely using a special silicone adhesive and stand up to the elements very well. They are supplied by the metre and are a very efficient deterrent. This is a unique service that I supply, as Falmouth and surrounding areas suffer badly from this problem.
